Henry R. Horsey, Justice ORDER This 27th day of April, 1988, upon consideration of the briefs submitted by the parties, it
appears to the Court that: (1) Appellant, John Minnick, and codefendant, Juan Molina, were convicted following a jury trial in Superior Court of trafficking
in methamphetamine 1 (16 Del.C. § 4753A(a)(4)(b)), conspiracy in the second degree (16 Del.C. § 512),
and prohibited acts B (16 Del.C. § 4752) (delivery of a non-narcotic schedule II controlled substance). Minnick
was sentenced to eleven years' imprisonment, six years of which were suspended, to be followed by six years' probation. Minnick
now appeals his convictions.
